The Batch Size usually is about 46 to 50 students max for the BLP as well as HRLP Programmes. These programmes have shown tremendous results for students with a constant increase in the average placements. SOIL has constantly achieved 100% placements over the course of years with average package ranging Around 10LPA and highest CTC of 17LPA

School of inspired leadership is a good institute for pursuing a PGPM programme. It has an individual development programme which generally focus on career development programs. It is known for providing highly personalized learning & growth experience to the students. The placement records are also good there. The average normal package is 10.5 lacs per annum for PGPM MBA graduates. The ROI is good and learning is at par all premier B schools

Yes, It Is Definitely worth it. If you are trying to get into a good b-school and you can afford it, I think you should go for it. SOIL Management offers a great platform to launch yourself. Also, it is a student driven institute that has now come a long way and you will get to learn Unique from soil management like 1-1 mentorship, Unique course, Leadership, IDP for every student during 1 year course.

If You compare to other colleges one-year PGPM then SOIL has a consistent record of high placement or being extra skillful in terms of cohort (BLP/HR). PGPM Course at SOIL attract large number of recruiters during placement. During last year Pandemic time SOIL has provide best Placement record with the highest Package RS 17.25 LPA and Average package 10.7 LPA.

Unitedworld School of Business offers a regular MBA Degree under Vidya Sagar University which is absolutely recognised by UGC and accredited by NAAC. The entire course consists of MBA and PGPM, where in the PGPM certificate would be given out to you by the institute and the MBA degree would be given out by the University.
