Hi,
I am a current student of PGDM-IB programme at Fore. Fore is one of the few colleges in India offering PGDM in International Business. Dear Shipra, both the B Schools are well-established brand names that make their students industry ready. The only thing is you should be able to make the most out of the institution. I personally believe institutions play an important role. However, any institution gets its name not because of big banners but those par excellent students. So wherever you go just give your 100 percent. This is because you will be valued not because of your B School but because of your score card. It is the only one that will help you reach the top.
I hope this helps. All the best and God bless you.

IBS Mumbai PGPM is a full-time post graduate programme which is industry recognised programme whereas PGDM is a Diploma programme approved by AICTE and is also equivalent to 2 years full time MBA programme. Ideally, you should look for companies visiting the campus for placements but if your campus is providing good opportunities then the degree should not matter but since you have 2.5 years of work ex I would recommend you to go in for PGDM programme with a good institution.

Placements depend from companies to companies & the profiles offered. Usually, the placement offers are good enough for finance and marketing.you can refer the website www.ibsindia.org for detail information on placement statistics.
