A Diploma in IPR won't get you a better position because there are people out there who have done Masters in IPR laws and they will be preferred obviously.

D.Pharma Admission Process:
Most institutes offering the D. Pharmacy course admit students based on performance in a relevant entrance test, often followed by a round of personal interview, wherein their general aptitude for the course is tested. Admission process generally varies across colleges. A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidate's performance at the 10+2 level. Some of such entrance tests conducted in India are:

UPSEE
JEE Pharmacy
AU AIMEE Pharmacy
CPMT
PMET.

You need to check the same with the college and the university as this is all in the hand of authortiries.

Any good university will seek GMAT score. Chances could be there for MIM without GMAT. Also, in Canada you can check if SPP colleges/universities offers a MBA Pharma, they generally don't require the GMAT. Alternatively, you can check PGDM or Graduate Certificate courses.

It is less likely that you can secure an admission in USA or Canada only on basis of IELTS which is an English language proficiency test. GRE is an absolute must to pursue PG programs in USA. PG Diploma courses in Canada could be an option if you are interested. Also every university has its own admission criteria. In Australia, you can have a possibility to apply for both Masters and PG Diploma and the admission criteria will depend on the university and the course. If not any other test but an interview may have to be cleared. Just check with the universities.
