Getting a job directly after B.Pharma Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Pharma. D is a 6-year course (5 years + 1-year internship) and the eligibility is 10 + 2. The number of students selected is very few (I think, it is 30 seats) and there is an entrance test. So, do you really want to do Pharma.D after B.Pharma? You can think of doing Pharma.D (Post. Baccalaureate) which is a 2-year course + 1-year internship and the eligibility is B.Pharm. You can get detailed information about both these courses on the internet.
