The difference  between the DPharm and BPharm programmesoffered at Haridwar University, lies in their duration and academic level. BPharm is a four-year bachelor's degree programme, whereas DPharm is a two-year Diploma course. Graduates with a BPharm degree have more extensive job opportunities compared to DPharm holders. Additionally, there are differences in practical exposure and course curriculum. BPharm offers a broader range of subjects and credits, providing a more comprehensive educational experience than DPharm.

The application form for BPharm at Haridwar University usually released on the month of January, each academic year. However,   the deadline for submitting an application varies annually. For the year 2024, college has been not released the specific deadlines. Aspirants can complete their application processes soon.

The application fees for B.Pharma  at GNIT college of Pharmacy is Rs.1000 and for B.Tech, B.Com LLB and PGDM it is Rs. 2000. 

To take admission in GNIT college of Pharmacy in course B.Pharma,  

CUET ( Common University Entrance Test ) is only accepted. and also it is based on First cum First service 

You need minimum 50% in 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and you must be age of 17 at the time of admission 

The GITHAM school of pharmacy, Visakhapatnam Offers a 4 year of Bachelor of pharmacy (B.pharm)  course at the UG level. GITHAM School of pharmacy Visakhapatnam Bachelor of pharmacy (B.pharm) admissikn is based on entry requirements - 45.0% in the 12th . The course is ranked as 48 as per NIRF 2023. The total tuition fee for the course B.Pharm is INR 680500 for the entire duration of the course.

Haridwar University provides different type of Scholarships to BPharm and other course students. For applying to scholarships Candidates should ensure, that they should meet the eligibility criteria for the specific scholarship programme they are applying for, such as academic performance or sports achievements. Then gather the required documents as proof of justifying the eligibility criteria. Candidates can also apply for scholarship from NSP (National Scholarship portal). 

BPharm programme offered at Haridwar University is a four-year undergraduate degree course.
The BPharm lateral entry allows candidate to directly join the programme in the second year or third semester of BPharm course. Additionally, the basic eligibility criteria for entering in BPharm lateral programme is that candidate must complete the Diploma in pharmacy related subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Students who completed the Class 12 with arts subjects are not allowed to take admission to BParm at Haridwar University. HU follows the specific eligibility criteria for admission, which includes the candidate should complete Class 12 from Science subjects, including Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. Additionally, candidates have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their last qualifying examination. Pharmacy courses are designed in the way, that students with a Science background are only suitable to pursue, due to the scientific nature of the curriculum.

No, you are not allowed to open a clinic after completing the BPharm degree from Haridwar University. According to PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), pharmacist are not eligible to open their own clinics. For starting the clinic a person should be a holder of MBBS degree. Without an MBBS degree no one can operate a clinic or even prescribe medicine to patients. However, after completing the BPharm degree, you are applicable to obtain a license for the chemist/medicine shop. A pharmacist should always give medicine according to the prescription of doctor.

Haridwar University BPharm course is a four-year undergraduate degree programme, divided into eight semester and, offered in full time mode.
