Yes, it is possible for you to change your college. It is normally possible if your college and the college to you are moving comes under same university. You can go to another university with same trade provided your college accept the transfer.
Also, you can check with your college authorities or contact the University for reliable information with respect to college transfers the process differs from course to course.

Never get confused in studying. Whatever you are studying, have patience and confidence in it. You can definitely clear the course if you have interest and determination to learn. But if you are doing the particular course because you are bound to or no other options then think twice. Opt for a field in which you have interest.

B.Pharma/D.Pharma is a good option to get job in pharma industries. However, you can do some courses on testing, which are generally related to pharmacy. After doing such courses from here you will get good job opportunities.

You can do Master in Health Administration (Duration) 2 years. After completing this course you get idea about Health Care industry as well as Pharmaceutical Industry. So with your Idea & Maharashtra certificate you can get job in Pharma Company.

When you have completed Pharmacy in India, you would have registered in the pharmacy council to start work as a pharmacist. Same way, you have to register in that country pharmacy council before you start working. Only after this registration you will be given a job. One of the criteria to register is you need IELTS 7 band in all four components. Each country have their own procedures, you can check the same in their respective website.
