This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / Research / Academics area then M.Pharma is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

After doing B.Pharma you should consider production industry. As the marketing job involves a lot of risk of losing the job and if you are unable to sell the pharmacy products of that particular company then you will get kicked off from the company.

If you take Pharmacy specialisation in MBA then of course it is a good idea. MBA in Pharmacy is getting popular now a days, it is in good demand. The students also get good placement in pharmacy companies and big hospitals.

Ideally, you should try ans pursue Bachelor degree as this will open a lot of areas for you on the career front. You can also later pursue MBA or a masters program in your area of specialisation.
However, if there are financial constraints and you are required to support the family financially, then its advisable that you start working & explore doing Graduation via the correspondence route in Arts / commerce streams. After gaining 3 years of work experience & on completing of graduation you can explore Part time MBA/ Executive MBA / distance MBA and enhance your career prospects.
