The first and major difference between these both courses are, BPharm is undergraduate four year degree programme and DPharma is undergraduate Diploma programme for two years. Some of the differences based on curriculum is mentioned below:

At IIMT Greater Noida, various courses have distinct scholarship criteria. For BPharm students, the highest prize offered is INR 1.50 lakh, while the lowest prize is INR 5,000, awarded to those achieving 75% - 79.99% in their academic year. Whereas, for DPharm students, the highest prize is INR 50,000, and the lowest prize is INR 5,000.

After successful completion of the Diploma course, students can pursue employment opportunities within the Pharmaceutical sector. They may work in both public and private sector institutions, taking on roles such as:

  • Pharmacists
  • Quality Analyst
  • Production Executives
  • Chemists across different departments of Pharmaceutical industries and retail chains.

Yes, students can take lateral entry admission in BPharm after completing DPharm from IIMT Greater. Lateral entry admission are for those students who wishes to enroll in a BPharm programme, they can do so after completing a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy. They can then join the BPharma course directly in the second year through lateral entry.

Government Medical College, Thiruvallur is an NMC-approved institute for higher education in Tamil Nadu. Courses offered by Government Medical College, Thiruvallur are MBBS. These courses are in the stream of Medicine & Health Sciences. No BPharm course is offered in Thiruvallur Medical Government College. No, Avadh Institute of Medical Technologies and Hospital requires at least 45% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 with PCM and PCB stream. Candidates search for admission to BSc coures they must have to appear for JEECUP. So if candidates want admission to Avadh Institute of Medical Technologies and Hospital for the DPharma course they must have 45% with PCM and PCB and score good JEECUP exam.

To be eligible for admission to D.Pharma at Avadh Institute of Medical Technologies and Hospital students are required to pass Class 10 and Class 12 with 45% aggreagte and have PCB, PCM. Further, candidates must appear for JEECUP. After the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, candidates have to visit the official website of the college to apply online.
