It is your personal choice but before you apply for the visa, you will require the admission offer letter from a foreign college. You have to know the eligibility criteria and apply before the deadlines. Once you have the offer letter, you can apply for the visa. You must also show sufficient funds to bear the tuition fee and living expenses.

Class 12th Commerce is not the required qualification for D.Pharma course. You need to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Then only you can take admission into D.Pharma through entrance examination. Three years degree course should be in Science stream, then only you are eligible for D. Pharmacy.

Yes, you can do D.Pharmacy.
Yes, you can do it, As Pranjali Tiwari had mentioned in her previous answer, you might have some difficulty in early stages i,e 1st year. As we don't have to deal with Math. In 3rd year, you will have Biostatistics subject, it is more like accounts rather than math, so no need to worry. You should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination. Physics, Chemistry and Biology/mathematics are eligible for Diploma in Pharmacy, as Bachelor's degree (B.Pharma. )
Well, if you are interested to apply for B. Pharmacy, then you should finish HSC (10+2) / Equivalent examination with minimum 50% percentage of marks. Only
