One has to register himself and obtain a licence from state pharmacy council to open a shop. Which course you want to do is a very generic query, you should be knowing what you want in terms of your career and interests and decide accordingly. For careers in pharmacy and even if you want to study pharmacy you may consider Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, USA, Japan, Denmark and Sweden.

Pharmacy and microbiology are two different fields. A pharma student can continue only in pharmacy while a microbiology graduate after M.Sc in biochemistry can work at the same post as a pharmacy candidates in most of the places. So choose according to your will.
