No, the exam authority will not allow candidates to fill the BITS HD application form in offline mode. BITS HD application form is available in online mode only. Candidates can fill the BITS HD 2025 application form at bitsadmission.com. After filling the form, applicants are not required to send the hardcopy of filled BITS HD application form to the authorities.
