The eligibility for B.Pharma at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Maths) or equivalent.
The timely updated curriculum provides in-depth knowledge of the theoretical as well as practical aspects of traditional as well as modern health services and emerging pharmaceutical needs.
With quality education, students are provided industry internships and workshops on various courses and studies like Drug Regulatory Affairs, Computer-Aided Drug Designing (CADD), etc, which helps students get the practical and industrial experience and happenings.
Industry visits and guest lectures are an integral part of the course curriculum which does give students the practical approach needed to understand the course.
Students are also provided with holistic development to improve student's interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork, confidence so that they can be able to challenge the competitive market. LPU provides students with platforms to get their research paper to find the correct platform and get it verified and patented as well.The students of M.Pharmacy and B.Pharmacy has published various research papers in peer-reviewed and impact factor journals like drug discovery, European Journal of Pharmacology, etc. Various poster and oral presentations are also done by students in various national level conferences.
B. Pharmacy students selected for Queen Elizabeth II Golden jubilee scholarship for higher studies in Canada. B. Pharm students secured Gold medal awarded by the President of India (Shri Pranab Mukherjee) and by the Vice President of India (Shri Venkaiah Naidu).
Regular Industry Interaction is ensured through guest lectures and live industry projects. Eminent people from academia and industry are regular visitors to share their expertise.
