They can pursue a career in the government sector as many government jobs are open to all graduates.They can pursue a career in various job profiles such as Content Writer, Video Editor, Sales Executive etc. in corporates and consultancies. NGOs offer a wide range of career options that can be pursued by Philosophy graduates such as Social Workers, Canvassers, Fundraising Specialists etc. You can also become a writer or author after completing MA Philosophy course.

Master of Philosophy and Master of Arts in Philosophy are two different courses. As you may already know Master of Philosophy is known as M Phil. You can pursue MPhil course after completing a post graduate course. Now this course has been discontinued.

Master of Arts in Philosophy which is also known as MA Philosophy is a course that you can pursue after graduation. 

Master of Philosophy is a degree in Philosophy that can be pursued with any specialisation whereas Master of Arts in Philosophy in a degree in Arts with Philosophy as a specialisation.
