BA Philosophy is a theoretical and scholarly degree. There are many skills that are preferable if a student wants to pursue it in their graduation. Some of these skills are: creativity, curiosity, analytical mind, good writing and communication skills, a critical perspective, an understanding attitude, etc.
If a student does not posses these abilities, they should have an open attitude to acquiring these skills and learning about the Philosophical theories in depth.
Hope this helped you!

Harcourt Butler Technical University, or HBTU, is situated in Kanpur. Unfortunately, a Master of Arts programme is not available in Philosophy at the university. The focus of this university is mostly towards technical and professional courses in engineering, management, and applied sciences. Only limited offerings are available in postgraduate programs under the academic domains of humanities and social sciences; MBA is such a programme offered with opportunities for research in management and economics. If you want to do an MA in Philosophy, you may need to search for other universities that provide courses in humanities postgraduate

Being a humanities institute, activities are field-based. Many students go into research, teaching, writing, and even NGOs. Depending on the role, salaries can range from INR 20,000 – INR 40,000 per month. Some even dabble in journalism, publishing, or manufacturing. But it's more about desire than great reward. Networking and internships in the course help a lot in finding a good role.
