Yes, you are eligible to do Ph.D. as minimum percentage required is 55% and you qualify that criteria.

Hello, Each college has its own common entrance exam for admission in both graduation and post graduation. So you can search for the criterion and syllabus of particular college!

Hello,
I will love to answer you dear. For M.Sc. In Applied Geology you have to do B.Sc. In Geology with Geology as a Hons course. Please do it with proper percentage. Then for M.Sc. You have to appear JAM exam which is held every year in the month of feb. For pursuing M.Sc. In best colleges that will be a value addition to yourself as well as your future you have to rank within 50s in JAM exam. The best colleges are: IIT BOMBAY, IIT (ISM) DHANBAD, IIT KGP, IIT ROORKEE, IIT (BHU). In IIT (ISM) it is a 3 year course as you will get in one shot the degree of M.Sc. Yes, surely, you can go ahead with your further studies now even. Because during your Gap period you were atleast doing a job which would count as an experience. So, without a second thought, just go ahead.

You can apply for jobs in as you can also give their exams after B.Sc if you're that good. Also, you can apply for NET only if your one year Masters degree you received from any foreign institute is equivalent to a two year programme under any Indian UGC approved institutes. So, just check is that one year programme actually equivalent or not. If it is, then congratulations, you're eligible.

Hi Prashant,
Yes, you can apply for M.Sc Physics at IIT. For this, either you can go for GATE exam held every year in month of February or IIT JAM exam to become eligible for Master's degree from IIT. Then, you can easily go for IIT institutes. Good luck.
