Dear Krishna,
If you are asking from your college course structure point of view, the relevant books will be available in your Library. However, for more knowledge you can refer some bestselling books of all time like:
(#) The Brief History of Time; by Stephen Hawking.(#) The Hyperspace: Parallel Universe; by Miciko Kaku.
These two books are the best. Just go through that. For more books, you can go for Google play Books. Hope, this helps. Good Luck.

Hi Pankaj,
Yes, it is true that degrees from open universities were not considered for all types of jobs or vacancies. Earlier, most of government jobs demanded about regular courses. Currently, this trend has changed. Now a days if we look at most of government vacancies they do not talk about regular degree. They rather publish: A degree from a University established by law in India or a degree recognised by the Government. In both cases IGNOU degree are eligible!

Anna University conducts Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA to offer admissions to candidates in various engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. TNEA counselling is a single window process and admissions in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges are offered through such a process because authorities believe that such an initiative facilitates transparency.
