Yes, BITS-Pilani is good for M.Sc in physics. The general scope of M.Sc from BITS-Pilani is:
1. Making it to RnD of a company or a renowned research Lab.
2. Going in for Ph.D. at a good institute which will become easy especially if you have a good recommendation letter from a Pilani Prof. For more placements options from BITS-Pilani, you can refer the following link. https://www.shiksha.com/science/course/integrated-m-sc-hons-in-physics-bits-pilani-birla-institute-of-technology-and-science-119883.

The fees of physics honors varies from college to college. The average fees for 3 year varies from 10,000 to 30,000 INR. In top colleges, the fees is very affordable but the admission process is very difficult as the cut off marks are pretty high wit lot of competition from the whole country. All the best.
