Hi Ketan,
To apply to universities in Germany, France, Australia, Switzerland and Italy, you don't require a 4-year Bachelor's degree, they accept 3-years degree only. Some universities in USA also accept students depending on the admission rules of the university.

Admissions in Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) will be through JAM 2018. The admissions through Joint Admission Test for M.Sc programmes (JAM) across Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) basically depend on eligibility criteria of JAM 2018 besides other factors including JAM score secured by a candidate and the corresponding JAM cut-off. Typically, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physics and must have passed the degree with an upper first class if you desire to study in top notch universities like University of Melbourne or Sydney. You must also take the IELTS. Australian universities generally do not require a GRE. Please check university websites for specific entry requirements before applying.

You may clear NET exam or some other state entrance and go for lectureship in government colleges, and also in private colleges.
If you like your subject and are interested in research, Ph.D is the way to go. Be it at IIT, IISER, TIFR, IISc and so on. Choose a top class institute and a good guide with whom you would be comfortable to work.
Going for a Ph.D abroad is also a great option, but the choice depends on your circumstances and wishes.
Clearing GATE exam and giving PSU entrances paves the way for government jobs (other than lectureship, said above) too. The salary is good. You can also join as a scientist in government laboratori
