Hi Rohan,
Relevant publications and relevant project work is necessary, it may not be a full on research paper because you will learn to do research activities during your Master's degree or Ph.D. Your undergraduate project work should be related to research. Research papers are part of M.Sc and Ph.D so in due course, you will be able to produce quality research papers. They also require you to do some advanced courses in specific subjects depending on what you want to study. You can visit the university websites for details.

Hi Ritesh,
It's hard to infer what exactly you are asking about. Since many programs are interdisciplinary now you are eligible to apply for MS Physics both in India and abroad. But universities will also check if the work experience you have gained is relevant or not. With your engineering degree and work experience, you can come handy in many fields. Please clarify your query for better guidance.

Most of the universities provide scholarships, but you should be able to get them. MIT, Howard, ULCA, Caltech, Princeton, etc., offer scholarships.

Yes Sanjeev, since you have done B.Sc and B.Ed both, you are eligible for CTET and state TETs (of whichever state you are eligible to appear in).
For KVS, you'll be eligible for the post of PGT and PRT teacher, once you qualify the CTET exam.
You can read the eligibility criteria in detail on the following websites:

Hello Madhu,
If you have interest in physics, then you must do B.Sc in it and then M.Sc in Physics. Further, you can go for doctorate as well.
