IIT JAM Fourth Admission list was released on July 7 for MSc admission at IIT Kanpur. As per JAM Round 4 cutoff, the oepning and closing ranks were 39 ann 115, respectively for the General All India category stundents. Yes, Current Electricity is part of CBSE Physics syllabus. It includes topics like Electric current, flow of electric charges in a metallic conductor, drift velocity, mobility and their relation with electric current; Ohm's law, V-I characteristics (linear and non-linear), electrical energy and power, electrical resistivity and conductivity, temperature dependence of resistance, Internal resistance of a cell, potential difference and emf of a cell, combination of cells in series and in parallel, Kirchhoff's rules, Wheatstone bridge. The weightage of the unit in the final board exams is provided below:

and Mathematics or 10+ 3 Diploma with Mathematics as subject of study can
appear for NATA 2023. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examination with Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of study or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics
in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
Candidates may note that NATA 2023 is the qualifier for admission to B.Arch.

BSc Physics is the UG level programme, for three years. The total tuition fee for the course BSc Physics INR 2.10 Lacs for three years.  The BSc fee may vary due to the different specialisation offered by the Centurion University the fees can might include components other than tuition fees. Yes . CBSE has released new guidelines regarding the essential repeat. It is fair to assume that students with essential repeat in their result have failed in their exam. They need to appear in all the subjects next year. They cannot appear even in compartment examination.
