In order to increase your revising speed in 12th Physics, you need to first get all your formulas and concepts fit in your mind. For that, you need to revise your full syllabus 2-3 times, giving special focus to important formulas and concepts. Once you do that, you should solve previous year questions and sample papers so that you get an idea about how questions will be asked and the exam pattern. You need to keep in mind that being consistent is very important to achieving anything, and you are also advised to follow a systematic timetable.
