In order to increase your revising speed in 12th Physics, you need to first get all your formulas and concepts fit in your mind. For that, you need to revise your full syllabus 2-3 times, giving special focus to important formulas and concepts. Once you do that, you should solve previous year questions and sample papers so that you get an idea about how questions will be asked and the exam pattern. You need to keep in mind that being consistent is very important to achieving anything, and you are also advised to follow a systematic timetable.

The Class 12th Physics pre-board papers are available on many educational sites. The official CBSE website cbse.gov.in has sample papers under the "Examinations" section, which are in the format of the pre-boards.

Then, websites like myCBSEguide and Oswaal Books offer solutions for certain pre-board papers in PDF format, which are more in tune with the latest syllabus. However, schools conduct their internal pre-boards, so you could look for past papers at your school. The local bookstores are selling pre-board question banks published by the likes of Arihant or Together With for Class 12 Physics.
