These are two different branches. In India, there are many medical college for Physiotherapy only. And, in physiotherapy lots of scope in India as well as Foreign. You can set up a clinic after completing Physiotherapy, but in occupational therapy you may get a bit difficulty to set up, because occupational therapy is less known and not Fully evolved yet.

So, Physiotherapy is better for future, occupational therapy also has good scope. occupational therapists getting better salary then physio as they have not been as saturated like physio.

Hi Salon, I think GNDU, Amritsar provides good opportunities for internships in BPT field than MMU Mullana Ambala. But, you have to make your effort also there to get internship opportunities.

Go for East Point College of medical sciences. It is a medical college with all pioneer branches, whereas Florence is just a nursing and physiotherapy college. There is much exposure in east point and scope to learn the medical subjects more thoroughly and also the practicals will be good as more patients are available as a medical college.
