First go to the official website osmania.ac.in. Then look for admission notifications. You have to appear for OUCET. The entrance has happened earlier for BPT course. This time the cutoff for the same course is high.

You must have a 10 +2 with sciences (Physics, chemistry, biology) subjects. Aggregate of about 50% is good to kickstart. There are entrance exams at state, national, university level too.

The Candidate must be 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year. Candidate must have passed class 12 (or equivalent) examination with physics, chemistry & biology with a minimum of 45% marks and must secure a minimum of 45% marks in Krishna All India Entrance Test (KAIET).

It is best if you try to seek admission by August or September because after that, most seats are full and session would have been started. Look at the university's official site which you want to seek for notification regarding admission.

Its hard to tell as if you could arrange a seat in osmania medical college as the cut-off this year is pretty high.
However, you could definitely get the seat under management quota. You have to give OUCET to get seat in Osmania University
