So you should keep keen eye on the advertisement of defense recruitment in employment newspaper or daily newspaper.
You can appear for the CDS exam to join in the defence sector.
The age limit to appear this exam for the graduates is between 19 to 25. You will be provided the job according to your qualification.
You must complete your graduation from a recognized university.

It depends on the selection criteria of any institute. I would suggest you to go for your Masters for better opportunities and pay packages.

B.Pharma graduate deals with medicines and research on medicines, whereas a BPT helps patients with muscular disfunctioning.
Both are very inter related to one another.
Talking about scope for pharmacy, you can be a drug inspector or drug officer and moreover can hold a reputed place in any higher authority like pharmacy councils.
Pharmacy graduate can also diverse their future in entrepreneurship and marketing whereas physiotherapy can link you to any reputed sport or game like international cricket, football etc.

As per my knowledge, the advantage of doing integrated BPT and MPT over individual degrees is going to be manifold. One of my friends joined the course two years back in LPU and the first benefit that she told me is of fees. Whatever was the fees of the higher degree (MPT) two years back that would be applicable to her when she will reach her MPT. Another benefit that she talks of is that she won't have to worry about colleges and prepare for entrance test after her BPT because of the integrated course. Also, she says that she doesn't have to adjust in the new environment when she goes for her higher degree as both the degrees
