Hello,
Yes, you must enrol into Qantas Cadet Pilot Program for which you must be an Australian citizen.There are other universities you can look into like Swinburne, etc., but no university guarantee a Qantas Airline job.

To become a commercial pilot:
1. You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th with science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2. Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
3. General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
4. You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

Some of the institutes offering commercial pilot training are:
1. Academy of Carver Aviation Private Limited, Pune.
2. All India Institute of Aeronautics, Dehradun.
3. Center for Civil Aviation Training (CCAT), Delhi.
4. Glorietta Aviation, Ghaziabad.
5. Fly Wings Aviation Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai

I think in Andhra Pradesh, there are no any recommended pilot training schools.

Yes, you can go for pilot training course after your Diploma. You can apply for Student Pilot License in which you have to join a training academy where they will teach about flying and other things. The next step would be to apply for Private Pilot Licence in which you have to attain flying hours. This can be done by joining any flying club. After attaining 250 hours of flying, you can apply for CPL I.e. Commercial Pilot Licence and can get jobs in different airlines.

It depends on the pilot school you choose, anyway average money required is 20 to 35 lakhs. But choose the correct school.

With your qualification (+2), your eligible to do CPL training, but all the pilot schools are mentioned minimum 50% is required.
