For being a pilot, you should be 17 year old, passed class 12th with Physics and Maths with at least 50% marks.
After that you have to go for Medical test class 1 and class II.
After clearing Medical, you can join any flying clubs in India for flight training and ground classes.
With this training, you have to clear 6 exams of DGCA to get Indian Commercial Pilot license.
The total cost will be around 3500000 INR.

10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and Physics. (If you dont have Physics & Maths in 10+2 you have an option of doing these two subjects from National Institute of Open Schoolings On-Demand Examinations and can still start your Pilot training course. Visit www.nios.ac.in for details)
At least 16 years of age to start pilot training. Vision in one eye must be perfect. (6/6 eyesight) In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.

CPL Eligibility criteria is as follows:
(a) Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Mathematics and Physics.
(b) Minimum 16 years of age to be eligible for a Private Pilot License and 17 for a Commercial Pilot License.
(c) Vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
(d) General physical fitness as approved by DGCA is mandatory.

If you have done Diploma after 10+2 with PCM then only you are eligible for seeking CPL. Diplomaholders who have done diploma after 10th are not eligible for seeking CPL.

Admissions to flying schools to become pilot, accepts students based in 12th with PCM. Hence be advised to start efforts before doing Masters.

A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is a qualification that allows you to act as a Pilot in Command or PIC of a single pilot aircraft or as co-pilot of a multi-pilot aircraft.
