If you want to become a pilot you may opt for science stream in 10+2 stage with physics, chemistry and maths as core subjects. After 12th you can appear for NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice a year to become Pilot in Indian Air Force. You can also join a flying club to learn flying and obtain commercial pilot license after 10+2 stage with PCM subjects.

Hello Simran,
According to your question, your height is too low as a pilot, because in these fields, pilot is required with a height above than yours. So, you are not eligible for that.

Hello Mangesh,
You have to complete your CPL, then you will be allowed to join IAF.

Hello Sathi,
The qualification needed to become a pilot is class 12th with physics and mathematics with 50% marks. As you have mentioned that you are doing Diploma, then you are not eligible, but if you can complete your class 12th through open schooling like NIOS with Physics and mathematics as main subjects, then you can go for the same.
The next step will be your medical, which you will have to go through before enrolling to any flying club.
