You should make a note of it that job hunting is solely the responsibility of the candidate although flying schools in the end come up to take credit for their candidates being shortlisted for some XYZ Airlines. But flying schools have got no role to play in placements or in the selection of the candidate with any airline. Only Cadet Pilot Programmes' conducted by airlines assure a job after the completion of training with their choice of flying schools and aircrafts. Hence be very sure that placements or selection with any airline as a pilot is not going to be easy. All the best.

1. At least 18Years of age.
2. Pass Class 12 with PCM, 50% Aggregate. Apart from the above no other primary qualifications are required to start the CPL Training. Class 1 medical (For Issue of CPL) is required later, although it should be done in advance to confirm if you have any observations in medical standard required for a pilot. Now if you do not have PCM @ +2 level than at present you are not eligible. But you may attain eligibility by appearing PCM subjects in the next attempt of board exams. All the best.

You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there are specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htmandgototheclass2nd ex

Basically there are ATO's and TRTO's who are authorized to conduct Type Rating Training for CPL holders. CAE, FSTC, HATS are few major type rating training facilities. You can visit their webpages and look for the eligibility requirements for various fleets. All the best.
