Apply for NDA exam which is conducted twice a year. Get through exam, SSB interview, PABT, Medical, and merit then you get call letter for NDA. Spend three years there as air Force cadet and then spend another 1 and half year at AFA, you are ready to go now. Moreover, you can also apply for graduate entries such as AFCAT CDSE, NCC.

The fee of the course at IGRUA is very higher than others. The skyline aviation club Mumbai is best for it and they provide practical training in America and FAA license. And the cost of practical training is 38645 USD. And, the theory costs you INR. 3 Lacs. First, find and search another flying clubs and then decide the right one. Wish you all the best.

You need to apply for NDA in UPSC website. Fill up the application form and add preference to Air force. After that, when you get admit card you have to give entrance exam of NDA. If you shall pass, then you will got call letter from SSB. When you crack SSB, then you will be directed to medical test. If they declared you medically fit then you will get joining letter to NDA.
Best of luck.

Integrated CPL or CPL is exactly the same. There is no difference at all in both the course. It is just a part of the flying school's marketing strategy which attracts students.
