There's no such such way.
You cannot get a pilot license without doing the training.
All the licenses are issued only after the training records duly signed by the Instructors and examiners are submitted to the DGCA.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires 50% in PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to v

First thing first Commercial Pilot Training is conducted in flying schools and not by Colleges. Scholarships and Freeships that are provided by government aided bodies are entertained by government flying schools. These flying schools are run by the state government. For example Nagpur Flying Club is run by the government of Maharashtra, likewise. The flying school does not offer any scholarships, it is the candidate who gets scholarship from some other body like OBC/ST/SC Commission, the fund is than released directly in the name of the flying schools.

You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with.

It is an average flying school. The aircrafts are also not too young. But the flying is okay and you may pursue your CPL from there.

Commercial Pilot Training programme is a very good course to pursue. The minimum requirement is 12th with PCM 50% marks. Now about paying back the training fee to the bank, it is dependent on your job. If you manage to get the job immediately after you get your CPL, you can return the fee to the bank in 2-3 years time.

Successful candidates after obtaining aircraft maintenance engineering license get ample employment opportunities in government airlines, private airlines, corporate and public/ private aviation organisation. Irrespective of the flying school, the job opportunities remain the same for all CPL holders.
Airlines keep coming up with vacancy notification from time to time. Some ask for normal CPL Holders and others come up with Type Rating requirements.
Whatever you are eligible you can apply and go through the selection process.
The opportunities are immense with Commercial Airlines, Cargo Operators, Private Charters, Air Ambulance Operators and VVIP Operations.
Defence forces also accept CPL holders for the position of Assistant Commandant or Flying Officer.
