There are colleges that do consider the marks of physical education for certain courses and there are some colleges that do not include physical education in the best four. It will be tough to tell you until you decide the college you wish to get it. You, then, will have to go to the college's administration cell to see if they're accepting physical education as a fourth subject to pursue B.A. Hons in political Science. All the best.

There are a number of Universities and Colleges in India that provide several courses in Law. The degree courses range in 5, 3 and 2 years and the diploma courses are either for 1 year or 6 months. The integrated programme B.A.L.L.B is for 5 years. Other than that one can do L.L.B for a duration of 3 years after completing the under graduate degree.

Thanks for putting your query of Shiksha. There is no other way to get admission in Ramjas in Pol. Science apart from cracking the cut off. The only way you can admission is through the merit basis, that is, securing the percentage required for making up to the cut-off point for Ramjas.
