Government Polytechnic Colleges are very good. To apply to this college you have to get 50% marks in secondary and 60% marks in higher secondary but you can apply. In some colleges, they take an exam and list the merit list according to that exam and take admission according to the structure there.

Yes, you must pass the SSLC exam before you can get admission in Murugapa Polytechnic College. Within 15 days after the result comes out, you have to visit the college you want to take admission in and fill in the form from them and take admission.

Hello Mukesh Gaikwad, firstly I must congratulate you for scoring nicely in your 10th examination. Any student who has cleared the minimum criteria prescribed by this directorate can see admission. Admissions are of course given based on the merit list of the candidates drawn by this directory based on the marks of 10th. Nowhere do

Hello Anant Behera, I feel that you are confusing between cutoff list and closing list. Cut off is the ranking or the percentile or the marks which are declared by a particular Institute below which they do not accept applications from anyone. In most of the cases this is done to avoid flood of applications when the capacity to admit is very limited. However as a matter of policy or matter of rule no government institute or polytechnic announces any cut off what so ever below which students cannot apply. Be that as it may one needs to obtain a better score in 10th examination to get admission in any of the government polytechnics becau
