Portland Community College

Portland Community College does not have an application fee. Students can apply to the college without worrying about the application fee. Students will need to pay their SEVIS fee (I-901) after they are admitted to PCC and before their visa interview.

• College acceptance letter.
• Valid passport at least six months beyond the intended stay in the U.S.
• Passport sized photographs
• DS-160 application form filled and submitted.
• Visa application fee receipt.

• English proficiency test scores
• Financial documents demonstrating sufficient funds to cover expenses at Portland Community College.
