Yes friend, you can do CA along with B.Com but for this, you need to follow some compliance i.e. have to inform to CA institute i.e. ICAI that you are doing B.Com.

BBA can be said to be the most relevant courses in management. You can always opt for BBA. The courses of BBA honors and BBA are almost the same but that of B.Com is not same it is different. You can check the official courses and syllabus included in the same.

Problems are unlikely, but exposure to statistics, research methodology, calculus, economics, accountancy etc. will make you feel better.
