You shall look for the industry which works in advance bioinformatics like GSK, abort, dental and surgery agency where in there is a gap of software integration with the infrastructure and thus you would successfully fit in the system having knowledge of both trade.

Dear Ravi!
Python is not sufficient to make a career in AI and ML. It is just the beginning. You need to figure out the objective of being in this field and then start making a career path. To give you a just overview, after Python (R is also preferred), go through the core concepts of Maths. It helps a lot in AI. If you are doing engineering (CS/IT/ECE), you must be knowing about the technicalities behind this, like NLP, Deep Learning, Decision Tree, Stochastic Models, etc. You can start learning ML.

That is not very easy to say. Both courses are in the same industry and have same field of work. This is very specific to be exact. But, I will try to give my opinion to best of my knowledge. Game Designing has been in Industry for a while and there are lots of institutes that provide the course. The number of Game Designers is also huge compared to Programmers. Game Programming is a new and niche course. Surely, it will be good depending on the requirement. Also, as a game programmer, you can also get to test the games for bugs and problems. So, if I had to go with one, I would choose to go with Designing, as I have more interest in C
