Hey Dhawal, actually I am in mitsom so I don't know much about mitcom. You can contact them directly for your query.
For construction management I have not heard much about mitcom. NICMAR in Pune is very good you can try for that.

MBA Project Management by distance learning is offered by few universities such as Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu. It will be better for you to do PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Further, it is advised that you may evaluate doing MBA Operations Management which also includes Project Management subjects. MBA Operations Management is offered by IGNOU, Symbiosis, Sikkim Manipal university etc. You may also evaluate MBA Consultancy Management form BITS Pilani, which is most suitable MBA for you.
