B. Arch is more about technical course. It is the related to designing and constructing buildings and other physical structures.
Project management is much inclined towards the management aspects. Although Project management is not a rocket science, yet it often gets dressed up that way. Most institutes have a different provision for admission based on courses (full time / part time / long term / short term / fast track etc.). You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details and fees as it differs from one college to another.
