The B.A. Option usually involves taking fewer courses in psychology and more classes in subjects outside of the major field area. A Bachelor of Science degree will focus on more Science and mathematics courses. Students pursuing a B.Sc. In Psychology may have to take more lab and statistics general education classes.

To pursue a Masters in Psychology you can look ATMA. In Psychology regardless of which course you have completed your undergraduate studies provided it is from a recognised university. Some universities have their own entrance test that you will be required to clear, marks from your undergraduate programme need to be submitted, followed by an interview. Yes, you can do it, but according to my opinion it is actually not a good option to opt for psychology after B.Tech be honest to say about that thing.

You have not written about the college name where you wish to do the M.A. Psychology. However the eligibility criteria of Delhi University is given below for reference please. Eligibility criteria of M.A. Psychology of DU B.A. (Hos. ). / B.A. (Pass) /B.A. Programme Examination in Psychology of Delhi University and other Universities recognised by Delhi University with 55% marks or above in Psychology and 55% marks in aggregate
2. Graduation from Delhi University or other Universities recognised by Delhi University with 60% of marks or above. So from above you are eligible for M.A. Psychology course.

Yes you are eligible. the eligibility criteria of Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling is Graduates in any discipline can apply. Psychology background is not mandatory.
