Hi,
For that you have to decide the colleges in which you want your daughter will study, shortlist them. After that apply for those two courses (look for the availability of the particular course). Then follow the instructions.
At the end if you find you daughter's name on the merit list get her admitted.

Hello, You may apply for Ms in Psychology in Canadian universities by applying almost an year prior to the intake you wish to go. Canada requires higher GPA & a 4 yrs equivalent degree in the related field. You need an IELTS score of 6.5 with 6.0 individually in all respective sections.
