The requirements to become a licensed psychologist are:
pass the 10+2 exam with any of the stream and minimum 50% to
complete a Bachelor (BA or BS) in Psychology degree (the curriculum of which focuses on personality development, psychotherapy, stress management and neuro-psychology)
specialization at the postgraduate level, where one can get an MA or M.Sc in either Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
Further specialization at the doctoral level is available as well via PhD or MPhil

Hello Kiran,
There are plenty of colleges in Delhi offering this subject for graduation. However in the absence of any assessment by third party, it's next to impossible to grade colleges. I would advise you to select that college which is most easy to reach.
