u can do Ba(Honours) psychology at Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and prepare for TISS for MA psychology programme because after pg you can get more opportunities

there are many streams but in India not providable so I suggest u should chose one of these and join Tata Institute of Social Sciences for good carrere opportunities

There isn't any age limit for studies so yes irrespective of your age you can go for studies in any field of your interest, so check out with colleges about educational qualifications etc.
