Mounica, Psychology is the study of human behavior and mental processes. Psychologists study a person's reactions, emotions, and behavior, and apply their understanding of that behavior to treat the associated behavioral problems. Treatment is focused on therapy and counseling, rather than prescribing medications for a “quick fix.” It is also the psychologist's job to come up with an individualized treatment plan for each patient, and to modify it as necessary over time.
As one establishes himself in the field and specializes in any of its branches, he can earn up to Rs.2 lakh per month.

Hi
You have to first check that the university from where u completed Your Bachelor's is recognised by AIU (association of Indian universities) or you may take admission into NRI quota. Just check with the university directly about the whole process of admission by visiting them or writing to them. Hopefully there wouldn't be any problem.
