Once the seats are allotment through the PTU MCA counselling, the candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date. Seat confirmation can be done by reporting to their allotted campus, paying the required fee and submitting the documents. If the candidates are unable to confirm their admission before the final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.

PTU MCA admission process will be held online. Candidates will have to register and fill out the counselling form to participate in the admission process. The required application/counselling fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. The candidates will also have to select their choice of campuses in the order of preference. The authorities will announce the PTU MCA seat allotment result online. The selected candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

For PTU MCA admission, the candidates are required to have passed the BCA/BA/BSc/BCom degree in relevant fields (or equivalent) examination with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category). If the candidates do not meet the required marks requirement, then they will not be considered during the allotment and admission process.

As per the official eligibility criteria, the candidates should have passed BCA/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree or Passed BSc/BCom/BA with Mathematics at 10+2 or Graduation Level (with additional bridge courses as per the norms of the concerned University) to be eligible for PTU MCA admission. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for PTU MCA admission.
