Chandigarh University does not define branch-wise GATE Exam 2026 cut-offs for M.E. admissions because GATE is not used as an admission criterion. Since there is no admission priority linked to GATE, cut-offs do not apply to any branch, including core or interdisciplinary programs. However, for fellowship allocation, higher GATE scores may be preferred depending on competition within a particular branch and the limited 10% fellowship seats. This variation is related to fellowship merit, not admission eligibility. Students who are not appearing for GATE 2026 can apply to any M.E. branch without worrying about cut-offs.
