Chandigarh University is better for placements, exposure, and career growth. More companies come, and you get more chances in CSE. The environment is active and competitive, which helps you grow.
👉 CGC University has a calmer and more disciplined environment, but placements are not as strong as CU. It's okay if you want less pressure.
👉 The main difference is:
CU = more opportunities + better future scope
CGC = more comfort + less competition

Yes, Chandigarh University has the University Institute of Legal Studies which has special clubs and associations for the students of law. The most popular is the Moot Court Society (MCS) where the students can actively participate in intra and inter department and national moot court competitions and develop their research and public speaking skills. They also work in various clinical programs and the client counseling sessions. There is also a Madhyastha Centre of Excellence in ADR where the students get training in meditation and arbitration.
