Coaching centers help to some extent only. What matters is the self-study. I will advise you to refer few good entrance exams books and give mock test on regular basis. You can approach some teachers who have expertise in the subjects.

As per my research I think you are not eligible without the score.
But there is a second option by the below process:
First, call the admin/direct go there & tell that you didn't give JEE Mains, but you want to take admission, so what will I do? Request them.
Then if they say no chance then ask about the management quota & the procedure.
