Hello Zeibak,
This is now a deemed university and is not to be confused with Punjab University. Being a deemed university, it has powers to decide it's own methods of admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Hi,
You can do digital marketing certificate course through online mode so it isn't necessary that the institute should be located in Chandigarh or Mohali.
In my opinion, online is more convenient than the classroom.

Block Development Officer is an administrative post under State government. which is selected through Administrative Service examination conducted by State Public Service Commission.The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years.The selection is done through a written test followed by a Personal Interview. The selected candidate for State Administrative Service will be appointed as B.D.O. first.
