It is 60% for CBSE board and at least 70% in PSEB, in order to go abroad and study in a college. But, if you want to get in a good university, then you need to get 80% in CBSE and 85% in PSEB. You have to appear for IELTS also.

Hi,
You need to score minimum 50% for degree. Admission in MBA at Punjab University is based on the CAT exam followed by group discussion and personal interview. 85% weightage is given to CAT score.

It is completely your decision. If you want to go more technically with pharma go for M.Pharm, if not go for MBA, where you can go for production management or marketing management, etc.
