Admission to the BSc course at Quantum University is both merit-based and entrance-based. Candidates are evaluated based on their Class 12 scores. Moreover, the university also accepts the valid scores of NID DAT (Prelims) for admissions to some of the BSc specialisations. Additionally, a minimum aggregate of 45% to 50% is required in Class 12 for admissions to the BSc course. However, the merit cutoff may vary each academic year.

The eligibility criteria for admissions to the BSc course at Quantum University are that candidates must complete their Class 12 from Science stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, the admission process is based on merit, which is released on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their higher senior secondary. The total tuition fee for BSc courses at Quantum University ranged from INR 1.5 lakh to INR 4.3 lakh. On the other hand, the total tuition fee for BSc courses at Motherhood University ranges from INR 61,500 to INR 4 lakh. Quantum University does offer scholarships to BSc students. Students can apply for the scholarships through the university's official website. To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must secure a valid score on the CEUT or Q-CARE entrance exam. Quantum University offers BSc courses at the UG level in the specialisations of Agriculture, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, BSc in (Nutrition & Dietetics), BSc in Optometry, etc. Candidates who are interested in pursuing their bachelor's at the university can apply to the programme as per their eligibility in either online or offline mode. Students have to pay a registration fee of INR 1,200 to complete the application process. Additionally, this application fee is non-refundable.
