RIT Chennai offers BTech course across three specialisations, namely Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Computer Science and Business Systems. Further, the institute also offers a four-year B.E. programme in followin seven specialisations:

To be eligible for a four-year BTech course at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, candidates need to fulfil the basic eligibility requirements of the programme. To get admission to B.E./ BTech course at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements of the programme. Admission to BTech course at RIT Chennai is based on the merit of last qualifying exam of Class 12. Further, RIT Chennai accepts the TNEA scores for admission to its BE and BTech programmes. The admissions are done through the TNEA counselling.
