The fee for B.Tech at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Nuzvid is highly subsidized by the Andhra Pradesh government. For the first two years (Pre University program), the annual fee for Andhra Pradesh students is Rs.45,000/- per annum, in addition to Mess Charges.

This fee is to be paid in any nationalized bank through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of "The Director, RGUKT (M.Tech Programme) Nuzvid" and payable at Nuzvid.
